Home Banking Disclosure
To access your CU Online you need to type in your account number and PIN. After three failed attempts your account will be locked out and you can contact the credit union to unlock your account. To receive your statements by e-statement you must accept the terms.
The following services are allowed within the home banking system:
- Transfers between accounts,
- Check account balances,
- View pending transactions,
- View your statements,
- Request a check,
- Sign up for bill pay if you have a checking account,
- Make address or phone number changes,
- Sign up for mobile banking, and
- Sign up for e-alerts and e-notices.
The member enters web-based home banking through the home banking login, provided on their credit union’s website. INTECH also offers the ability to host a login page that is specifically designed and created for the Credit Union. Accounts are secured with a minimum access of Account Number and PIN. Communications between the end user are encrypted using a 1024 SSL Certificate. This encrypts data between the home banking server and the member’s computer. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their access credentials secret. The member may change their security settings at any time within the home banking site.
Billing Errors. In case of errors or questions about electronic funds transfers from your savings and checking accounts, telephone us at the following number or send us a written notice to the following address as soon as you can.
