We are undergoing a system upgrade in February 2023 to serve you better!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ!!
Our offices will be closed on Wednesday, February 1st and Thursday, February 2nd for the conversion. Our online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and remote deposit systems will also be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, this is necessary to complete our conversion. The new system will provide new features and benefits not offered on our current system.
ATM and Debit cards will be in stand in processing, so you will be able to use them for small transactions. If you know you have a large debit transaction, please complete it before January 31st or after February 2nd.
On the morning of February 3rd at approximately 10:00 AM, we will update the link on our website to our new online banking. You will need to re-enroll in our new Virtual Branch online banking and new mobile banking. To re-enroll, you will need to enter your account number and the last 4 digits of the primary owner’s social security number. Follow the prompts to re-enroll.
If you use Bill Pay, it will no longer be available after 4:00 PM Central time on Wednesday, January 25th. Transactions in process before that time will be completed. The new system will be available on February 3rd. You will need to re-enroll into the new bill pay system, including setting up new payees, etc. after re-enrolling in the new online banking system.
Please download all your eStatements from eBranch by January 30, 2023 as you will not have access to them after the upgrade.
