For added security to protect your account information, the way you log in is changing. 

STARTING MONDAY, JANUARY 14th, 2019 at your log in, you will use your account number and PIN as normal.   Then you will be prompted to create your own User ID and Password.  This can be alpha, numerical, special characters or a combination of all.  

Then on all future logins, you will enter your new User ID and Password and click the "Login" button.  (Actual account number and PIN are no longer used)

JUST AS A REMINDER:  If you have a credit union credit card or debit card do NOT ever give out your 16-digit card number or PIN to any unsolicited persons seeking such information.

                  LOCKOUT RESET...Please note the new feature that will help if you get locked out of Home Access.  If you are locked out of your account online, click on the "Account Lockout Reset" link.  It will ask you for your member accout number and you will then have to answer a question related to your account.  (The Lockout Reset feature may only be used once in a 24 hour period)


GO GREEN!  Save paper and time!  Sign up for e-statements to receive your statement electronically.  Click on the Statement Tab, read the disclosure, and enter your e-mail address.

If you are receiving statements electronically, we suggest you link to our newsletter to stay current with all the news from your credit union.  This can be found on the Home Page on the left side under Credit Union Benefits "HAFCU Newsletter".
